A new mixed-income community in South Arlington at 4333 Arlington Boulevard featuring 115 affordable apartments and 19 market-rate townhomes.
IN THE WORKS
Wesley Housing will create a new 5- to 6-story rental apartment building in the Buckingham neighborhood, 100% reserved for low- and moderate-income households. We will also have 19 for-sale townhomes that will be sold at market rate.
Wesley Housing has initiated a site plan process with Arlington County. Zoning requires a minimum of 10 units as affordable, though Wesley Housing is committed to providing all units as affordable.
The site is composed of three existing structures: the former Red Cross office building and two detached single-family homes on Trenton Street. The site area includes the existing 63-unit Whitefield Commons buildings, which will remain.
