Wesley Housing’s headquarters are located in Alexandria, VA (Fairfax County). Its apartment communities are located across Northern Virginia—in Arlington and Fairfax Counties and the cities of Alexandria, Falls Church, and Manassas. Wesley Housing has a staff of 45 full- and part-time employees. Founded in 1974 as a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization, Wesley Housing has provided quality, affordable housing for more than 14,000 low- and moderate-income Northern Virginians. Wesley Housing operates three Community Resource Centers for youth and families and two Resident Services Centers for seniors and disabled individuals. The Housing Association of Nonprofit Developers (HAND) named Wesley Housing Developer of the Year in 2006.
